About Us
Established in 2007, StageSchool Ireland empowers young people with the confidence, creativity and communication skills they need to thrive both on stage and in life, through quality, ensemble-based performing arts training delivered by experienced professionals in a fun and inclusive environment.
We live in a digital age that requires children to be adaptable, resilient and creative. A strong foundation in reading, writing, maths and other core subjects is no longer sufficient for lifelong success. Parents are actively seeking new paths to explore what children are learning in school, and the real-world obstacles and demands they face as they progress through life. StageSchool Ireland through expressive arts and skills for life can help.
A friendly, relaxed family atmosphere is encouraged where lifelong friendships are sometimes formed! Classes for Junior Stages start at age four and carry on through to 18 years, where focused lessons help prepare students for professional and vocational college auditions.
We enjoy numerous opportunities to perform, both locally and in tandem with prestigious partnerships with Theatrical Rights Worldwide, Music Theatre International and The Royal Irish Academy of Music for acting and musical theatre exams, once a year. We also operate after school partnerships with national and secondary schools in Ireland and also in France.
We offer 2 presentations per year, guest workshops and masterclasses with industry professionals and a myriad of other experiences that create lifelong memories. With a curriculum focused on musical theatre, drama, dance and a classic arts education, students receive contemporary, on-trend training at our disposal. StageSchool Ireland provides today’s young performer with the skills and opportunities to realise their full potential and complement normal academic study. Our sister company, Teenage Stage International Summer School is one of Europe’s leading creative summer schools for 12 to 18 year olds in Musical Theatre, Filmmaking and Acting For The Screen.
