Clapperboard Junior Film School runs exciting weekend workshops, Easter Camps and Summer camps BEHIND THE CAMERA! We are proud to provide young filmmakers, ages 11 to 18, with a unique, holistic foundation in the art of cinema.

Incorporating both theory and practice, the course will teach students how to operate equipment and work on a set while providing a clear understanding of the fundamentals of how the art of cinema works. AND IT’S TREMENDOUS FUN TOO!

At the end of the workshops students will have written, filmed and edited a high-quality short film which they will get to keep after the course.

This is the ideal course for teenagers considering film-making at third level and for more intensive and advanced summer courses, please go to www.teenagestage.com where we offer residential one week and two week courses in Ireland’s leading boarding school, Clongowes Wood College, KIldare.

Our award winning teaching team includes a number of industry leading figures over Easter and Summer and we also offer fantastic Acting For The Screen programmes for 8 to 11 and 12 to 18 year olds!
